Registration
The Buyer may or may not be registered on https://sinalt.eu/ in order to make a purchase. When registering, the Buyer is required to enter an e-mail address and password.
Purchase terms
Orders
Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Goods are ordered exclusively via an electronic form – the online store shopping cart. The buyer may or may not be registered on the Seller’s website in order to place an order. However, the buyer is required to enter contact information and addresses (own and delivery) in order to complete the order process. If the Seller is unable to deliver all ordered items, it will deliver those that it can, and will notify the buyer in writing within the period communicated to the Buyer after the order is placed. If the buyer decides not to accept the ordered and sent shipment for subjective reasons, he is obliged to bear the cost of delivering the product.
Payment
The buyer will pay the seller for the ordered items by cash on delivery upon receipt of the package by courier service or via direct bank transaction.
Payment for the order is made only after it has been determined that the ordered products are available in the Seller’s online store.
Order confirmation
After placing the order, the Buyer will receive a notification that the order has been received and that the availability of the ordered items is being checked. After the availability of the items has been checked, the Buyer will be notified by e-mail whether they are available. If they have chosen to pay by bank transfer, they will be informed in that e-mail that they can make the payment, while for payment by credit card they will be notified that the transaction (payment) has been completed.
Delivery
Delivery of goods is carried out by GLS, within 5 working days from the moment of confirmation of the availability of the ordered items. The buyer has the right to refuse to accept a shipment that shows visible external damage when receiving the shipment.
The goods are insured against loss in delivery, and if the Buyer does not receive any notification or delivery from the Seller or the delivery service after 20 days from the date of placing the order, he must notify the Seller so that he can take action to find the shipment or send a replacement. If the Buyer ignores the courier’s attempts to contact him and is not at the delivery address three times, the shipment will be returned to the Seller.
Order cancellation and return
Under EU rules, a trader must repair or replace goods, reduce the price or refund you if the goods you bought are faulty, do not look or work as advertised. If you bought the goods or services online or outside a shop (by telephone, mail order or from a travelling salesperson), you have the right to cancel and return that order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. This 14-day period is also called the “Cooling-off Period”.
All products displayed on the sinalt.eu web shop are unique, made-to-order products. For this reason, the above-mentioned “Cooling-Off Period” does not apply to purchases in the www.sinalt.eu web shop.

Complaints and objections
SINALT d.o.o. is responsible for the quality, or actual manufacturing defects, of products purchased on the web shop https://sinalt.eu/
If the customer has objections to the purchased products, according to article 10 paragraph 6 of the Law on Consumer Protection, he has the right to send a written complaint to the seller in the following manner:

Please include your name, address, contact information, and a description of your complaint. We will respond to your complaint in writing within 14 days of receiving it.
SINALT d.o.o. is liable for material defects of purchased products in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act.
Return and exchange of goods are only possible upon presentation of the invoice.
Returns
All customers have the right to return goods. Exchange of goods is possible within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. You must request an exchange via e-mail with the content “RETURN: ORDER NUMBER” from receipt of the shipment. In the e-mail, you should explain whether you want to exchange the product for the same product in a different size or color, or for another product from our offer. You must then return the product to our address within 2 business days of the approved request. Once we determine that the returned product is undamaged and in its original packaging, we will make an exchange. If you are exchanging the product for a product of higher value, you will first need to pay the difference to our account, and if it is of lower value, we will return the money to your account. You must bear the direct costs of exchanging the goods yourself.
Return and exchange of goods are only possible upon presentation of the invoice.
Basis for collecting and processing personal data
SINALT d.o.o. undertakes and guarantees that in each specific case, it will process your personal data conscientiously, fairly, with the application of appropriate protection measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure and misuse of your personal data, and in all respects in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
SINALT d.o.o. will not provide your personal data to a third party unless otherwise required by law. Your personal data will be processed until you revoke your consent, after which all your data will be permanently destroyed.
Depending on the purpose of collecting and processing personal data, which is described in more detail above, SINALT d.o.o. may ask you to provide the following information: name, surname, username, e-mail address, home address, city, postal code, country and telephone number.
In the above cases, SINALT d.o.o. collects and processes your personal data solely on the basis of your consent.
We do not collect personal data when you visit our website, but only when you independently register when placing an order, registering to receive the newsletter, completing a survey, or sending an inquiry via the contact form.
You express your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by filling out specially designed forms for services offered on the website and you can revoke it at any time in the manner described below.
Rights of personal data providers in accordance with the GDPR
In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: to request access to data (inspection, notification and issuance of a copy), correction, amendment, updating and deletion of data, as well as to revoke consent to the processing of your personal data, or to withdraw your consent at any time and request the cessation of further processing of your data, to be informed by SINALT d.o.o. about the status of your request.
Upon personal request, you have the right to receive information about your stored personal data free of charge. In addition, and in accordance with Article 21 of the Data Protection Act, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes.
As stated, according to legal provisions, you have the right to correct, supplement, disable and delete this personal data, if the data is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date and if its processing is not in accordance with the provisions of the law.
You can revoke your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data at any time in one of the following ways:

If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, SINALT d.o.o. is obliged to permanently destroy all of your data without delay, and no later than 15 days from receipt of the withdrawal.
In the event of unauthorized processing of personal data, you have the right to initiate appropriate proceedings against SINALT d.o.o. before the competent authorities and in accordance with applicable regulations in the Republic of Croatia.
